The practice has been providing services to the community for the past 35 years. We moved to the new health centre in February 2006, and we now have more spacious facilities available. The practice reception area and the practice manager’s office are located on the ground floor, along with disabled toilet facilities and a baby feeding/changing area. The waiting area and consulting rooms are located on the first floor. Parking facilities are available for a small number of vehicles and the number 83 bus service stops nearby.
The surgery operates from the first of the LIFT Buildings to be built in Oldham, a building designed for service delivery to the local community in the 21st century, offering a new style of delivering services to patients across the Oldham Borough. It is fully accessible for all patients.
New service delivery also means a new way of working for staff, and patients will notice that a receptionist for the practice will not always be available to check them in when they have an appointment to see the doctor or nurse. A patient self check-in has been installed for patient use, reducing patients' waiting time when checking in for an appointment and freeing the receptionist to attend to other duties.
Patients can access the building by the front or rear. The car park is at the rear of the building.

Important information regarding appointments:
Due to the current situation with Coronavirus we will be triaging all appointments by telephone.
If you have an appointment booked you will be getting a telephone call from staff before you arrive.
If you have a appointment booked that is non urgent please reply to your text appointment reminder “cancel” or ring the practice to cancel.
For your safety and the safety of staff please be patient and understanding during this difficult time. All staff have been highly trained to ask questions on your symptoms, please be honest in your answers and follow the advice they give you.
If you have a continuous new cough or temperature please DO NOT attend the practice, you MUST self isolate for 7 days, your family who live in the same house will have to self isolate for 14 days to allow any symptoms to come out. If you do not follow the advice regarding self isolation and go out into public areas you could infect vulnerable people who may become very ill.
Only if you feel you can not cope or have breathing difficulties please use 111 online or ring 111 for further advice.
