Patient Participation Group

Join our Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We're inviting our patients to be part of something important.

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients who work with the practice team to help improve the care and services we provide. The PPG gives you an opportunity to share your views, offer suggestions, and help shape how the practice works for everyone.

What is the PPG?

The Patient Participation Group is made up of volunteer patients, carers and practice staff who meet regularly to:

  • Share ideas on how we can improve services
  • Provide feedback from the patients perspective
  • Help us better understand the needs of our community
  • Contribute to health promotion and patient education
  • Support the practice with new initiatives

Important: What the PPG is not

Please note: The PPG is not a forum for individual medical concerns, complaints or booking appointments.

If you need to speak to a clinician or book an appointment, please contact the practice directly via our usual channels.

Who can join?

We welcome patients of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. Whether you visit the surgery regularly or only occasionally, your views matter to us.

You don't need any special qualifications, just an interest in improving local healthcare and willingness to share your views constructively.

How does it work?

The group meets in person or online monthly or a few times a year. We also keep in touch via email to share updates or request feedback. You can take part as much or as little as you like, your time and input are always appreciated.

Interested in joining?

Register your interest by completing the PPG form online here.
