Telephone Advice

Please note that this relates only to the Moorside Medical Practice, ie Dr Kaur's patients.

The doctor is usually available to give advice after the morning clinic has finished. This is normally around 12.30pm, but the receptionist will inform you of the best time to contact the doctor. At other times, she may be busy and interruptions during the surgery are upsetting for both the doctor and patients. For this reason, the staff have been asked not to disturb consultations. In certain situations the doctor will return your call as soon as possible. You can often avoid having to come in for an appointment with a phone call.
